Tatarstan citizens most often make an online appointment with specialists of Multifunctional centres

Today, Tatarstan citizens prefer making an online appointment to sitting in traditional queues. It saves time for something more important. According to the results of the first three months of the current year, citizens of the republic have made 3.8 million online appointments through terminals, Portal of State Services of the republic and Tatarstan Services mobile application, which makes 9 per cent more if compared to the same period last year.
