Ministry of Information and Communication develops a programme for implementing stock options at IT companies

Tatarstan Ministry of Information and Communication has elaborated a bill about stock options that simplifies its issue to employees of Russian IT companies. The bill “About stock companies” stipulates generation of the profit of the special fund that can only be spent for taking up shares and their onward sale to employees.
The Ministry of Information and Communication suggests that a new bill will help IT companies to implement stock options.
Preparation of normative legal base for optional programmes is one of the points of the updated “road map” that implies development of information technologies and is to be realized by 2018.
High technology companies are interested in optional programmes because often it is the only way to attract high-skilled specialists.
On June 20-23, at the University of Innopolis, the final stage of the All-Russian Robotic Olympiad will be held. In addition to 600 young robotics from 60 regions of Russia, foreign participants will also arrive to take part for the first time.
Interregional Center of Competencies - the Kazan Technical College of Information Technology and Communications organizes the IT day camp “Stemlab". The programme is developed for children from 6 to 15 years.
Since July 1, a total of four shifts will take place during the summer school holidays. The programme includes classes in creative laboratories in robotics, video production, computer network administration and cyber security.
On June 15 - 16, at the IT-park in Kazan, a regional stage of the Digital Breakthrough Contest of the flagship project of the Russian Non-Profit Organization “Russia is a Country of Opportunities” to find new staff for the digital economy, will be held.
On June 12, the offices of the Tatarstan Post Office will have days off.
On this day, mail will not be exchanged with post offices and delivery of mail, periodicals and collection of letters and written correspondence from mailboxes will not take place.
